Rouge Louboutin Up On Sephora Now

Rumored Products for NARS Fall 2014

NARS recently released a brand-new product, Dual Intensity Shadows ($29 each from narscosmetics.com), and there has been talk of more goodies in new formulas to be released soon for Fall 2014, including the reformulated nail polish collection I mentioned yesterday. Many of these products have been spotted in action backstage at Fall 2014 fashion shows. Let’s have a look at what’s coming soon.
Audacious Lipsticks:
The Cut reports that Audacious lipsticks, a new formula from NARS, were used at the Rodarte Fall 2014 NYFW show. Colors used include Deborah (which appears to be a brick red/burgundy) and Dominique, a nude. You can see the look in action below: dark brown eyes pair with glittery lips (the glitter is not part of the lipstick, but was instead added by the makeup artist):

Phyrra’s report on Naeem Khan’s NYFW show lists additional lipstick colors, including Marlene, Jeanne, and Bette, all reds. Here they are on the runway:

Velvet Lip Liners:
Not too much word on these yet, but NY Times Magazine lists El Agua Velvet Lip Liner, a rose, as one of the lipliners used in the Rodarte show.
Eye Shadow Duos and Larger Than Life Eyeshadows:
The duo used in the Rodarte Shadow, as you can see in the image above, is Dolomites. Stylist.co.uk has a photo of the duo, which appears to combine a chocolate brown with an iridescent lavender-purple. This one looks absolutely gorgeous – I can’t wait!
Here’s another photo (from news.livedoor.com) of Dolomites, as well as the other Eye Shadow duo launching for Fall 2014, Jardin Perdu (lost garden – I’m such a sucker for NARS names). The eyeliners are rumored to be the Night Series Larger than Life eyeliners.
Blush:
The blush used at Rodarte Fall 2014 is listed by The Makeup Examiner as Unlawful, described as being similar to Torrid blush.

NARS Nail Polish Reformulation: New Shades for Fall 2014
In addition to the NARS-Phillip Lim 3.1 collaboration, NARS is rolling out a reformulation of its nail lacquers. The new collection will consist of 19 new shades and 24 fan favorites. Here is information about the new shades:

Temptalia’s is the only review I’ve found so far of Mari(gold), a new color in the Marc Jacobs Highliner lineup. She gives it high marks! Small wonder: it looks beautiful. I’m looking forward to trying it soon, especially on the waterline.
